    Challenge: Individual Promotion

John had all of the qualifications and had been with the company for 10 years. He was invited to all of the important meetings and his opinion was valued. After three years of watching his peers get promoted, John realized that his promotions had stopped.

    Solution/Course Executed:

An executive coach was hired to work with John to figure out why his career wasn’t moving in his desired direction.

    • Interviewed the senior VP’s to define exactly what was stalling John’s career path.
