Executive Edge in 45 Minutes: A client of Image Dynamics asked us to do a keynote presentation for a Women’s Conference focusing on Executive Edge. Image Dynamics facilitates a 5 hour session on Executive Edge multiple times a year for High Potential’s in the company. They asked us to take that 5 hour session and make it 45 minutes for 160 people.

After interviewing a key stakeholder of the meeting and finding out exactly what her goals were, we developed a tailored 45 minute
keynote for the Conference.

We focused on four major components of Executive Edge: Personal Branding, Communication Skills, Emotional Intelligence and Business Protocol: The Details of Success.  The outcome was that each person walked away with a map of what they could do to improve their Executive Edge and think about where they needed to grow to grow in their careers.  They also left with the latest edition of “You Did What?” The Biggest Mistakes Professionals Make by Kim Zoller and Kerry Preston, as well as an Executive Edge daily reminder fold out pocket card.
