  • Kim Zoller X

    Kim Zoller, President and founder of Image Dynamics, has a two-decade track record of building highly customized training programs that employ experiential learning tactics which insures one thing; measurable results. The kind of results that have caught the attention of national media including CNN, CNBC, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Forbes, American Way, and The Dallas Morning News, among others. With an outcome-driven approach, predicated on Kim and her team’s ability to truly understand the unique objectives of their clients, Image Dynamics’ clients emerge with people who are better developed leaders, are certain about proper business protocol, are fanatical client service advocates, feel like a part of a cohesive team and are more effective communicators and presenters. Image Dynamics’ client roster includes notable clients such as Mattel, Southwest Airlines, Johnson & Johnson, Credit Suisse, Rosewood Hotels, American Airlines, Citigroup, L’Oreal, Moet Hennessey and Shiseido, to name a few.     Kerry Preston, Partner in Image Dynamics, has a two-decade track record of building highly customized training programs that employ experiential learning tactics which ensure one thing: measurable results. With an outcome-driven approach, predicated on Kerry and her team’s ability to truly understand the unique objectives of their clients, Image Dynamics’ clients emerge with people who are better developed leaders, more effective communicators and stronger presenters. It’s impossible not to be engaged and motivated to create and think with her. Kerry is a natural communicator and has a strong sense of self-awareness. She tunes in to her surroundings in a way that is very powerful when you are working in a learning environment. Her personal style and real life anecdotes leave lasting messages. Kerry’s hands-on involvement has helped bring measurable and meaningful change to such notable clients as Credit Suisse, Moet Hennessy, GfK Healthcare, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, and Prudential Fox Roach, to name a few. Kerry brings 20-plus years of sales and training experience to the firm. Prior to becoming a partner at Image Dynamics, she spent 10 years with Calvin Klein Cosmetics. With Kim Zoller, Kerry is the co-author of “You Did What? The Biggest Mistakes Professionals Make,” which is now in its fifth edition, along with the second book in the series, entitled “You Said What?,” released in Fall 2011.

    Harriet Whiting’s core areas of specialization are business processes and executive coaching. Because of Harriet’s considerable leadership and coaching skills, many Image Dynamics clients retain her for their top-level executives. Her clients include American Airlines, Mary Kay Cosmetics, Texas Utilities, Capgemini, Oncor, Federal Reserve Bank, Akiba Academy, Cerner Corporation and Texas Instruments. Under Harriet’s direction, these clients continue to experience measurable success in their positions. Harriet has worked with companies, institutions and governments on business processes, helping them to implement new technologies, reduce costs, and achieve a broad range of other business and organizational goals. A much sought-after speaker, she has spoken to companies and government agencies around the world. Her background includes process training in technology, engineering, healthcare and business.

  • Summer Pailet X

    Summer spent 25 years as a business owner within the wholesale apparel and accessory markets for better/bridge & luxury goods. During this time, she partnered with high-end retailers such as Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Stanley Korshak, and other fine specialty stores. Summer managed multiple sales teams, and was responsible for training and product knowledge. Summer’s aptitude towards communication and relationship building serves as a strength within the Image Dynamics team. Her clients appreciate her experience with recruiting, interviewing, coaching, and goal setting. Her background in sales gives her extensive expertise in sales and training.

  • Rachel Stratz X

    Rachel Stratz joined the Image Dynamic’s team in 2012. Rachel earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition Communications from Arizona State University. Having spent 5 years in the Phoenix area, Rachel worked multiple positions as a full time student. Previously, Rachel has held administrative positions with Pure Fitness, The Village in Scottsdale, and Lifetime Fitness. As a young professional, Rachel brings a fresh, new perspective to the Image Dynamics team. Her client relations experience is an integral component of day-to-day operations. Her ability to network and build personal and professional relationships has led Rachel to early success in her career. Rachel’s role with Image Dynamics includes strategically managing all logistics for Image Dynamics’ clients. Her attention to detail ensures that all deadlines are met and the moving pieces of the business come together in an efficient process. Rachel’s firm understanding of the complexities of our business adds great value and insight to Image Dynamics.

  • Karen Zeitman X

    Karen Zeitman joined Image Dynamics in 2011 and quickly became the Office Wizard. In 2013 Karen moved into the role of Sales Manager and with her energetic and hands-on attitude, she reaches out to prospective clients to promote Image Dynamics and solicit new business. In her previous careers Karen produced and conducted training and leadership sessions in corporate and non-profit settings for different demographics, including adolescents. Karen has also designed and developed formal and informal presentations for employee seminars and outreach education. She has also organized and facilitated programs and activities for non-profit organizations as well as corporate event planning for internal and external events.
